In an interview with ABS-CBN, Esang, who is dubbed as the mini Lea Salonga for her singing voice, said she's very thankful that her dream of playing the role finally came true.
Les Miserables will be staged at The Theatre at Solaire until May 1. Esang, meanwhile, will be playing the alternate Cosette on the April 8 and April 9 shows of the musical.
On "The Voice Kids Philippines," Esang impressed judge Lea at the blind edition. Singing "Home" from musical "The Wiz," Esang was dubbed by Lea as her "mini me."
