29th PMPC Star Awards for TV winners

MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN was named Best Station in the recently-concluded 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television held at KIA Theater last Dec. 3.

Maja Salvador was named Best Drama Actress while Alden Richards bagged the Best Drama Actor award.

Bridges Of Love of ABS-CBN was, on the other hand, awarded Best Primetime TV Series. Coney Reyes received the Ading Fernando Lifetime Achievement, while the Excellence in Broadcasting Lifetime Achievement honor went to veteran journalist Maria Ressa.

The Master Showman himself awarded the German Moreno’s Power Tandem award to Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil (LizQuen) and Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza (AlDub).

Hosted by Boy Abunda, Gelli de Belen, Enchong Dee, Christian Bautista, Toni Gonzaga and Maja, the 29th PMPC Star Awards, under the leadership of its president Joe Barrameda, was produced by Airtime Marketing of Tess Celestino and directed by Bert de Leon. The show will be aired tonight on Sunday’s Best.
