MANILA, Philippines - Brand ambassadors Piolo Pascual and son Iñigo lead Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc.’s new #LiveFreePH Movement. The campaign aims to inspire Filipinos to believe that a brighter future is possible, provoke people to think about their own definition of financial freedom, and encourage them to translate their optimism about their financial future to reality, with the help of a financial advisor.
The campaign will create awareness and encourage community involvement in the provincial areas, as the movement is set to go on a caravan titled #LiveFreePH Freedom Tour. It will make stops in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The tour was launched with a free concert at SM City Pampanga, headlined by Piolo and Iñigo.
“I’m very happy beacause Iñigo is now earning his own money at alam na nya kung paano i-handle ang finances nya, ” shared Piolo.
For his part, Iñigo said, “My dad always reminds me to spend on things that really matter and teaches me the value of money, kaya dapat bata pa lang mag-save na for the future.”
The tour will also feature line-up of activities that will guide participants as they begin their journey towards financial freedom. To participate, they can drop by the #LiveFreePH mall booths where they can declare their vision of financial freedom via the LiveFreePH Freedom Wall. Through the Brighter Life Indez: Social Sentiment (BLISS), they can assess their need while at it. They can also join the Sun Celebright promo for a chance to win a free trip to their chosen destinations.

After the Pampanga leg, #LiveFreePH Freedom Celebration will also be staged in Iloilo and Davao later this year.
