Veterans Bank marks 23

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Philippine Veterans Bank (PVB), the medium-sized commercial bank owned by World War II veterans and their heirs, recently celebrated its 23rd anniversary at the AIM Conference Center Manila by recognizing the loyalty of employees who have stayed with the bank for 20, 15, 10 and five years. Also feted in the same occasion were the bank’s retirees. PVB chairman Roberto de Ocampo, OBE, thanked the awardees for their years of loyal service to PVB and challenged officers and staff to work hand-in-hand to achieve the bank’s financial goals and continue making PVB a significant player in the Philippine banking industry. Photo shows chairman De Ocampo (sixth from right) and PVB president Nonilo Cruz (fifth from left) flanked by the bank’s 20 years loyalty awardees.
