Makers of Cosmo Skin mark ninth year
MANILA, Philippines - Bargn Farmaceutici Phils Co (BFPC) is marking its ninth anniversary with brand activations and mall events.
BFPC’s third leg for Beauty and Wellness Event was recently held at the SM Megamall, and was met with fans.
The event brought together under one roof a wide array of BFPC products including Cosmo Skin, Cosmo Cee, Euphoria Maxx (the country’s first local sports and fitness enhancer) and Cosmo Body. The products were showcased in individual booths manned by well-informed staff that were ready to provide health and beauty tips.
The reason for holding the event was altruistic, says BFPC director Niño Bautista. “BFPC’s products have always been known for their effectiveness and if I may say so, exclusivity. However, we still felt that our products can do more and we want the public to know that BFPC’s products can provide solutions to their beauty and health concerns.”
In doing so, BFPC also held a one-day Buy 2, Take 1 promo that was embraced by the mall-going public. “It wasn’t just a ‘Buy something and Take Something’ promotion,” says BFPC’s co-director Red Gatus. “We want the public to feel valued such that when someone buys something during the event, the freebie would be something of even more value than the product that was purchased.”
The event was graced by brand ambassadors John Spainhour, Gerald Anderson and Jodi Sta Maria. They shared tips and benefits of taking BFPC brands.
Considering the success of the event, BFPC felt even more compelled to provide even more products and services to the public.
“We are seeing a significant shift in the mindset of the public regarding its perception of how effective a beauty and wellness product should be,” shares Niño. “We are humbled to see that BFPC and its wide array of products — judging from the public’s response — are taking the lead in this regard.”
Nonetheless, the brains behind the brand are also taking a pro-active approach. According to Red, BFPC is laying the groundwork for even more events that can satisfy the public’s yearning for beauty and wellness. “It’s a well-deserved gift for the public,” he says. “And BFPC is more than happy to provide it for them.”
