Jessica coming back for show

MANILA, Philippines - American Idol alum Jessica Sanchez (photo) will return to Manila to headline an intimate concert titled Jessica Sanchez: Up Close and Personal Live in Manila on Aug. 9, 8 p.m., at Chaos, City of Dreams.

The Fil-American singer had her first solo concert in the Philippines in 2013. After that, she released her debut album Me, You & the Music on April 30, 2013. The album debuted at No. 26 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 14,000 copies in the first week. This was followed by an appearance on the fourth season finale of Glee on May 9, 2013, playing the role of Frida Romero and performed Zedd’s Clarity and Little Mix’s Wings in the episode All or Nothing. Her latest project is her second studio album where she collaborated with Mark J. Feist.
