Alden Richards, Julie Anne San Jose settle their rift

MANILA, Philippines – Alden Richards confirmed that he’s now in good terms with Julie Anne San Jose.

“Everything’s okay between me and Julie. Everything’s settled na po,” he said during the press conference of GMA’s upcoming Sunday noontime show

“Sunday Pinasaya” on Thursday.

They first worked together in “Party Pilipinas,” and they’re now both part of “Sunday Pinasaya” which will air on August 9.

The two were not in speaking terms for a while, which the Kapuso actor chose to keep between them.

“Yong matter po na ‘yon let’s keep na lang po on a personal level,” he said.

Aside from his new show, Alden is happy with the feedback he’s getting for his team-up with Maine Mendoza or popularly known as Yaya Dub.

Their love team started through the “Juan For All” segment of the noontime show “Eat Bulaga!.”

“On my part kasi ‘yon na ang gusto ng mga tao ngayon,” he replied when asked why he thinks their team-up worked. “Ito kasing sa amin as in on-screen love team lang talaga and never pa nga kami nagkikita ever since. Wala kaming script, kaya siguro siya nagwo-work.”

If an opportunity comes for them to star in a TV series, Alden said he won’t hesitate to accept the project.
