Life of speed & finish lines in Wheels TV

MANILA, Philippines - No less than Filipino-Swizz racing driver Marlon Stockinger sets the gear higher in the second episode of Wheels TV Season 2 airing tomorrow, July 25.

Marlon, who raced for the Status Grand Prix in the 2012 GP3 series and is currently driving for Lotus F1 Team Juniors in the 2013 World Series by Renault, will talk about his life as a car race driver. It’s a rare treat given that he returns to the Philippines only occasionally, busy that he is in putting the country on the racing map. Note that Marlon is the first Filipino to win a formula race in Europe.     

Joining the conversation in the special segment is kart racer and actor Ivan Carapiet.

Other interesting features in the show include taking the 2015 Toyota 86 on a spin around Marikina; demystifying car brakes with the distributor of Brembo brakes; and trying out the latest offerings from Scania.

The segments in Wheels TV are hosted by motoring journalists namely Ulysses Ang, Manny de los Reyes, Kap Maceda Aguila, Angel Rivero and lawyer Karen Jimeno. Season 2 is hosted by racer-turned-actor Matteo Guidicelli.
