Barbie at Festival Supermall

MANILA, Philippines - Barbie Almalbis (photo) is ready to celebrate girl power at the Festival Supermall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Catch Barbie as she performs tomorrow, March 15, at the mall’s second level Carousel Court.

Barbie began her career as the frontwoman and vocalist of the bands Hungry Young Poets and Barbie’s Cradle. She is best known for her melodic guitar skills and quirky, endearing vocal style. In 2005, she began her solo career with the album Barbie: The Singles and soon followed up with four other highly-successful albums. She has won several awards, including the 2006 Awit Award for Best Performance by a Female Solo Artist, and has had several songs used for TV commercials.
