BPCI denies Ms. Universe 2014 Paulina Vega's visit in Philippines

MANILA, Philippines - Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. on Thursday denied reports that current Miss Universe title-holder Paulina Vega will visit the Philippines this March.

The BPCI said in a statement that there's “no truth” to the report. “We will be glad to inform everyone should there be an opportunity for her to visit the Philippines this year.”

The BPCI's full statement read: “As the official holder of the Miss Universe franchise, as well as organizer of the Binibining Pilipinas Beauty Pageant, BPCI would like to state that there is no truth to the report that Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega is visiting the Philippines this March.

“We will be glad to inform everyone should there be an opportunity for her to visit the Philippines this year.”

The BPCI is currently busy preparing for the Bb. Pilipinas 2015 beauty pageant which will happen on March 15, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
