Bing Loyzaga 'nervous' of daughters' showbiz plans

Joyce Jimenez - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Bing Loyzaga admitted that she feels nervous by the thought of her daughters -- Alyssa and Gabby -- entering the world of show business.

“Parang ninerbyos ako sa thought na 'yon, kasi magiging stage mother ako. Naku, 'wag po!” replied when asked during an interview last Tuesday if she'll support her daughters if they decide to join showbiz.

Bing and her two daughters had a guesting in GMA's “The Ryzza Mae Show.” She said it was a thrill to have met Ryzza Mae because they are fans of the kid.

Bing admitted that her daughters sometimes get “curious” about the industry, but she doesn't see indications that her daughters are interested in entering showbiz.

Her eldest daughter Alyssa owns the online clothing shop “Neon Island."

"So siya and 'yong best friend niya opened up a clothing show and it's all Filipino made. They also help Bahay Kalinga, mayro'n silang tie up with them,” Bing said.

Bing's youngest, meanwhile, is still in college.

"She's into arts. Graphic designer kasi siya, pero more on drawings pa rin siya and paintings. So I don't know if papasok siya sa pag-a-artista,” she added.

Meanwhile, Bing will work on her first project in ABS-CBN -- “Wansapaataym Presents: Yamishita's Treasure” starring Coco Martin and Julia Montes.

Bing will play as Julia's mother, which is way different from her previous kontrabida roles.

“I take this challenge kasi it's supposed to be light comedy, romantic, of course may action and fantasy aspect. So it's such an exciting project for everyone,” she said.
