Ai Ai delas Alas cancels pre-Valentine concert

MANILA, Philippines — Ai Ai delas Alas' concert "I Heart Papa" will not be pushing through. It was slated for Thursday, February 12, at Solaire Resort and Casino in Parañaque City.

Ai Ai's Instagram post Wednesday night blamed the show's cancelation to the producer.

"Ang producer po ng show na si Jacob Fernandez at ang kanyang kumpanyang Showbiz Mansion ay hindi tinupad ang lahat ng kasunduan at obligasyon na bayaran po ang lahat ng kasama sa show," Ai Ai claimed.

"Pati po ang venue na Solaire ay hindi po nabayaran," she added.

Reports say the money issue was the reason behind the exit of Ai Ai's original guest, Richard Yap, originally slated to appear in the show. He was replaced by Vin Abrenica and JC de Vera.

The comedienne apologized to her fans, especially to those who have already bought their tickets.

She then advised those who want to refund their payment for the tickets to contact Fernandez through the numbers 0918-985-6989 or 0919-899-4443.

"Muli ang aking taos-pusong pagpapaumanhin sa lahat," she said. "Hintayin na lamang po ang mga announcements sa darating na araw. God bless."
