Joyce Jimenez - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Edgar Allan Guzman said it was a dream come true for him to be part of the ABS-CBN Network.

Edgar moved from TV5 to the Kapamilya network.

“Matagal na po gusto kong lumipat, at ngayon nasa ABS na ako it’s a dream come true para sa akin,” he said in an interview in “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” on Friday.

Aside from it is his dream, he also explained that he moved to ABS-CBN to find “growth as an actor.”

“Bilang isang actor, gusto ko po i-explore ‘yong passion ko sa acting,” he explained. “Mahal na mahal ko po ang pag-arte. Gusto ko po magkaro’n ng growth as an actor na nakita ko po sa ABS.”

Now that he’s a Kapamilya, he’s part of the morning show “Oh my, G!” and will be starring in a “Maalaala Mo Kaya” episode tonight. He also stars in the independent film “Papa’s Boy” with JM de Guzman, under Star Cinema.
