Star Magic denies KathNiel walk out incident in Italy

MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN's Star Magic has denied that Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla walked out from their concert in Italy.

A fan recently expressed dismay in social media after the onscreen partners allegedly walked out during the meet and greet part of the concert.

“All Star Magic artists go to great lengths to please and satisfy the various audiences and fans. The meet and greets are a concession to the local producers who use them as a marketing device. They are run by the producers and often the artists have little or no control over how they are run,” Star Magic explained.

The management added that they were saddened to know that there was a dissatisfied fan during the show, and promised that they will “try and make sure that incidents like this are not repeated.”

Some of the KathNiel fans in Italy defended their idols saying that they didn't walk out and even had a pizza party with some fans after the show to celebrate the birthday of Kathryn's mother.
