Vice Ganda admits misunderstanding with Toni Gonzaga

MANILA, Philippines - Vice Ganda has admitted that he had a slight misunderstanding with his good friend, Toni Gonzaga.

In an interview with “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” on Monday, Vice Ganda said the misunderstanding started when Alex Gonzaga misinterpreted what he told her during one of the shoots of “The Amazing Praybet Benjamin.”

Vice said that during their shoot, he told Alex: “Nang dumating ka sa ABS big star ang ate mo, sikat na sikat sa comedy kasi she's so funny. Pero nang dumating ka funny ka rin pala.”

Vice said Alex then told her sister that he said: “Waley na siya, and I'm funnier.”

He also said that he was thinking that Toni was giving way to her younger sister by refraining from doing comedy and focusing more on drama.

Vice said that misunderstanding was ironed out also with the help of Alex.

Meanwhile, Vice also clarified that the certain “Kevin” being linked to him is just a friend.

“Si Kevin na tinutukoy ni Bimby kasi, e, 'yong barkada ko na si Kevin Alas,” he said, referring to the Talk n Text player. Kris Aquino's youngest son Bimby have recalled Kevin after they had a small chat through Vice's phone.

“Nag-usap sila sa We Chat, sabi sa kanya ni Kevin, 'o, Bimby we beat your dad today,' 'tas sabi niya, 'I don't care, I'll beat you up when I grow up,” he recalled.

“'Yong nakikita n'yong lumalabas kami, gumigimik kami, hindi 'yon ang jowa ko. Kasi ang jowa ko hindi ko nilalabas," he clarified.
