Riverbanks ends 2014 with pyro musical
MANILA, Philippines - As year 2014 ends, people of Marikina City as well as those from neighboring cities and communities will have the opportunity to celebrate the New Year earlier at Riverbanks Center with a free concert and fireworks display.
The tradition of holding the annual year-end concert and fireworks display in Riverbanks continues and will be held on the evening of Dec. 30 at the Amphitheater.
Featured artists for this year’s show are Jimmy Bondoc (photo), Joey Abando of Boyfriends, Jazz Almonacid, the LED Water Drummers, Yuki Ito, Godo and Mairi Matsuda.
The concert starts at 7 p.m. and the fireworks display at exactly 9 p.m. To enjoy the show, come as early as you can to get good parking space and have a perfect view of the concert and the fireworks.
