MANILA, Philippines - Socialized housing development BellaVita Land Corp. will hold a free concert series dubbed as Ang Saya-Saya Sa BellaVita featuring popular and emerging Original Pilipino Music (OPM) artists and radio jocks including Gloc-9, Karylle and boy band 1:43 in Lipa City and San Pablo City this month.
The first concert to be led by Gloc-9 will be held at the Plaza Independencia in Lipa City on Nov. 29 at 6 p.m., while the second concert with It’s Showtime host Karylle will be held on Nov. 30 at SM City San Pablo at 3 p.m.
Meanwhile, 1:43, the group behind the fifth Star Awards for Music Song of the Year Sa Isang Sulyap Mo and hit songs Ang Saya-Saya and Hayop Sa Ganda, will give sizzling performances in both shows. The band, composed of Anjo Ressurreccion, Gold Aquino, Argee Golding and Yuki Sakamoto, was named as the Most Promising Group at the 45th Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Awards.
Three new recording artists Fifth Dynamics, JBK and Neo Domingo will likewise entertain the audiences.
Fifth Dynamics led by former The Voice Philippines contender Mark Cordovales is a fast-rising band. After winning the Dreams Get Real talent search of McJim Classic Leather, the group recorded the single titled Anyare.
Vocal trio JBK, composed of Joshua Bulot, Bryan del Rosario and Kim Nicolas, is making waves in the music scene. The group’s R&B-infused ballad Anong Meron Ka, which was handpicked by APO Hiking Society member Jim Paredes as the Critic’s Song of the Year in the Dreams Get Real competition, is now getting heavy airplay on major radio stations across the country.
A product of X-Factor Philippines and Dreams Get Real, Neo topped national and local charts with his debut single Pagbigyan Mo Na. It was even named as the Most Wanted Song of 97.1 Barangay LS FM.
Aside from promoting BellaVita’s new developments, the musical fair is the real estate development’s early Christmas treat to the residents of San Pablo and Lipa City, including nearby towns.
“Christmas is just around the corner and these concerts are our early Christmas present to them. We are going to Lipa and San Pablo not only to promote our new BellaVita projects but also to put a smile on their faces this Yuletide season,” said Barry Trinidad, marketing manager for BellaVita Land Corporation. “Our tagline and jingle Ang Saya-Saya sa BellaVita is a glimpse to what they will experience with BellaVita. We will stick to our promise to give not only an affordable housing, but also a fun and fulfilling community.”
The concert in Lipa City is in partnership with City Mayor Meynardo Sabili and Vice Mayor Eric Africa.
DZMM TeleRadyo and MOR Manila DJ Onse Tolentino, a native of Lipa City, will grace the Plaza Independecia concert while 90.7 Love Radio DJ Nicole Hyala will be the host the event at SM City San Pablo.
