In 1962, distinguished ladies endorse a facial beauty product, Pond’s cold cream and vanishing cream, an American brand.

Consider the ‘commercial models’:

Former First Lady Luz Banzon-Magsaysay.

Sen. Eva Estrada-Kalaw.

Mrs. Lily de las Alas-Padilla with daughter Josie. She is the wife of Sen. Ambrosio Padilla.

Chona Recto-Kasten, socialite and daughter of the great nationalist Sen. Claro M. Recto.

Take note that except for Mrs. Recto-Kasten all the other endorsers wore ternos.
