Yen Santos gets emotional while recalling early beginnings in showbiz
MANILA, Philippines- Yen Santos got emotional as she recalled how she started in showbiz.
During the press conference proper of the primetime drama series “Pure Love,” Yen was asked how she she was able to be in tears in an instant when doing emotional scenes.
Pure Love is Yen's biggest break, four years after joining the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash” in 2010. The show's about to end on November 14.
“Ano po kasi...experience? Kasi nang nag-start pa lang po ako...” Yen replied, then got emotional.
Instead of being down with all the rejections she got in the past, Yen used this as motivation to better herself.
Now that her talent's slowly getting recognized, Yen would like to focus on her career and set aside her love life.
She said she had a non-showbiz relationship before, and if ever would like her future partner to be out of the showbiz industry.
Yet she was quick to add that “Pero hindi po ako nagsasalita nang tapos, kasi mamaya mabalitaan n'yo na lang may ka-date na [non-showbiz guy].”
