MANILA, Philippines - The 31 Festival de Cine de Bogota (31st Bogota International Film Festival) bestowed on director Jeffrey Jeturian (leftmost) the Icono Precolombino Award during the closing ceremony of the eight-day filmfest on Oct. 30 in Colombia.
