Oliver’s eco-friendly ‘Emerald City’ show

MANILA, Philippines - Hollywood-based Filipino designer Oliver Tolentino showed an ‘Emerald City’-themed eco piña collection as part of the recent Global Green USA’s 10th Annual ‘Gorgeous & Green’ benefit show in San Francisco. Tolentino’s collections have been part of the past three annual Gorgeous & Green events. This year’s celebrity host was Fil-Am actress Vanessa Hudgens and the guest list included the elite of San Francisco society. Oliver’s collection was made exclusively of piña fabric (fabric made of fibers from pineapple leaves).
