Walking Dead is FOX’s top-rater

MANILA, Philippines - Recording the highest ratings ever for the channel, FOX broke its own records again with its broadcasts of the premiere episode of The Walking Dead Season 5.

Viewers tuned in to FOX in great numbers to give the channel its highest ratings for the 8:55 p.m. telecast of the first episode of The WalkingDead Season 5, garnering a 1.89 (audience share) for adults aged 16 to 49.

The Walking Dead enjoys multiple broadcast Mondays, including a showing at 11:35 a.m. parallel to the episode’s US premiere and a primetime telecast at 8:55 p.m.

Season 5 premiered last Oct. 13, gaining ratings of 0.108, 1.869 and 0.79 for adults aged 16 to 49 in the Parallel Play, Prime Time and Quick Replay (9:50 p.m.), respectively.
