MANILA, Philippines - The ADP Philippines’ Elite All-Stars dance crew took home two awards in the cheerdance competition of the sixth annual Call Center Olympics. It was the first time ADP associates had joined the cheering contest of the BPO industry’s annual sports event.
The ADP dance crew, composed of more than 20 associates, bagged first runner-up honors both in the cheerdance contest and cheerdance liking contest on Facebook with 1,518 votes, more than 75 percent of the entire population of ADP Philippines associates.
ADP associates also took first runner-up honors in the darts and chess events and second runner-up finishes in the men’s and women’s 9-ball billiards tournaments and in the women singles and mixed doubles table tennis events.
“I am very proud of our associates who prepared and competed in various events to represent our company and its values. I saw their commitment and passion as they took part in the games. It was inspiring to see that level of engagement,” said Sam White, ADP Philippines Human Resources senior director.
