Jason Mraz coming back for a concert

MANILA, Philippines - Pop star Jason Mraz (photo), whose amazing vocal prowess and stylistic mastery have made pop favorites of songs like I’m Yours, The Remedy, Lucky, I Won’t Give Up, Make It Mine and Himself, is coming for a special concert on Nov. 27 (Thursday), 8 p.m., at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

MMI Live! and Ovation Productions have teamed up in bringing back the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter to the concert scene one-and-a-half years after his last performance here on May 14 last year also at the Big Dome, and for his fourth appearance since his first visit in 2006 during a two-day promo tour.

Sharing the stage with Mraz in the one-night gig dubbed Jason Mraz and Raining Jane Live In Manila! is his band, Raining Jane.

Acclaimed as one of the modern era’s most talented pop artists, Mraz’s remarkable musical journey has taken him from coffee houses to concert stadia around the globe packed with record crowds lured by his string of hits that feature influences of reggae, pop, rock, folk, jazz and hip hop.

Mraz hopes to continuously celebrate and acclaim music’s myriad forms and transforming power, inspiring and delighting countless fans all over the world which he calls home.
