National Food Showdown today at World Trade Center

MANILA, Philippines - In line with its objective to constantly improve the standards of its food and beverage department, Sogo Hotel Group joined the seventh National Food Showdown (NFS) last February  and bagged a special award at the KlasikaKulinarya category with the winning dish Chicken Adobo with Mango Puree.

The next NFS cook fest takes place today at the World Trade Center in Gil Puyat Ave. cor. Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City with the theme Practise Makes Perfect. Expected to compete are 74 students and members of  food and beverage staff, professionals, culinary arts and Hotel and Restaurant students.

 Team Sogo’s Best is composed of Michael Santos, Roland Juating, Pablo Lozano and Marko Matutino.
