Zanjoe: I'll propose to Bea, uso man siya o hindi
MANILA, Philippines- Zanjoe Marudo doesn't want to join the trend of celebrity couples being engaged and getting married.
"Oo usong-uso nga po. Naki-uso po kami sa Ice Bucket Challenge," Zanjoe joked when asked if he's also going to propose to girlfriend Be Alonzo this year.
On a more serious tone, Zanjoe admits that he's preparing for it, but doesn't want to rush things between him and Bea.
Zanjoe is part of the Star Cinema film "Maria, Leonora, Teresa," where he stars with Jodi Sta. Maria and Iza Calzado.
Aside from portraying a closet gay teacher, he'll play the role of a father for the second time.
His role as a father in the TV series "Annaliza" helped him adjust to his role in the film.
Maria, Leonora, Teresa is part of the 20th anniversary offering of Star Cinema, directed by Wenn Deramas and will be in cinemas starting September 17.
