MANILA, Philippines - Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and comedian Ramon Bautsita have ended their rift.

On Instagram, Bautista posted a photo of  the mayor giving him an autograph.

“"Ramon, si Rodrigo ito..." ang bungad nya. Tapos nag usap kami... and there was peace <3 #MabuhayKaRinMayor #RespectForThisCoolGuy #LoveFriendshipAndGoodwill #WorldPeace thank you@gangmanila for making it happen<3,” he said in the caption.

The rift between the two started after Bautista was quoted saying “Tama! Ang daming hipon dito sa Davao, alright,” in a program for Kadayawan festival. This remark irked Davaoenos, including Duterte.
