Figlia’s well-heeled celebs

MANILA, Philippines - “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend,” goes the Marilyn Monroe song in the ’50s movie, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. But fashion stylists will be quick to assert that a good pair of shoes is a woman’s most dependable ally whenever she wants to dress fashionably and well.

Through the years, Figlia’s finely-crafted and value-for-money shoes have become the go-to footwear of its growing  clientelle of entertainment personalities. Gwen Zamora, for instance, loves to wear pumps and that her favorite pair is her Figlia pink pumps. “They look so elegant that I wear them for tapings and go straight to special events without having to change my shoes.”
