MANILA, Philippines - Photo shows participants of the longganisa-making contest during the second Guinobatan Longganisa Festival and Cooking Contest in Albay.

The contest was one of the highlights of this year’s two week-long fiesta celebration of Our Lady of the Assumption in the Guinobatan town. Contestants showed off their creativity in preparing the longganisa and demonstrating its versatility as a main dish and part of any dish.
