Bet ng Bayan holds 2-day auditions at SM Sucat

MANILA, Philippines - Aiming to search and highlight Pinoy homegrown talents, GMA Network’s upcoming reality talent search Bet ng Bayan (BNB) holds its audition on Aug. 9 and 10 at SM Sucat, Parañaque with guest performer Glaiza de Castro.

Bet ng Bayan will be hosted by Regine Velasquez-Alcasid and Alden Richards.

“Sobrang blessed ako to be part of this show lalo na at makakasama ko pa si Ms. Regine. I am very much looking forward to witness kung gaano katalentado ang mga Pinoy. The show will definitely be inspiring, knowing that thousands of aspirants are ready to take a chance on fulfilling a lifetime dream,” said Alden, who will attend the auditions in SM City Naga on Aug. 8; SM City Cagayan de Oro, Aug. 9; and SM City Davao, Aug. 10.

Conceptualized by GMA 7’s Entertainment TV group, in partnership with GMA Regional TV, BNB is open to all Filipino singers, dancers and other novelty performers, who are to show off the best of what they’ve got in either one of the three categories: Bet na Singer/s, Bet na Dancer/s and Bet na Kakaibang Talento (Novelty Act).

Interested applicants will prepare a one-minute act and bring with them a copy of their birth certificate, picture and an ID with address. Regional auditions are also scheduled in SM City Batangas on Aug. 22 and 23; LCC Mall Legazpi, Aug. 23 and 24; and Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Aug. 25 and 26.
