ER Ejercito and KC Concepcion lead winners of 2014 FAMAS Awards

MANILA, Philippines – ER Ejercito and KC Concepcion, lead stars of the movie “Boy Golden: Shoot To Kill,” won the top acting awards at the 62nd Annual FAMAS Awards Nights on Sunday, July 13.

KC bested nine other actresses for the award, including Lorna Tolentino (for “Burgos”), Bea Alonzo, Angel Locsin, and Toni Gonzaga (for “Four Sisters and a Wedding”), among others. 

Meanwhile, ER beat Vic Sotto (for “My Little Bossings”), Gerald Anderson and Piolo Pascual (for “On The Job”), and Coco Martin (for “A Moment in Time”), among others.

"Boy Golden: Shoot To Kill" was an entry at the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival.

The action film “On The Job” was named Best Picture, while its director Erik Matti won the Best Director award. The film also won the awards for Best Screenplay, Best Story, Best Sound, and Best Editing.
