Kapuso double treat from KMJS & Imbestigador

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Kapuso viewers will get a doubleheader treat tonight with the back-to-back episodes of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS) and Imbestigador.

Through the years, Superstar Nora Aunor has been a favorite subject for impersonators because of her undeniable popularity and iconic status. These performers are also among those who are protesting Ate Guy’s exclusion in the recent list of National Artists. KMJS pays tribute to the great actress and singer by searching for the best Superstar impersonator.

Meanwhile, Rowden and Liezel proved that true love conquers all — even death. Despite Rowden’s terminal condition from his stage 4 liver cancer, they decided to gte married. But hours after they tied the knot, Rowden passed away.

In this year’s Watta Watta Festival in San Juan, KMJS puts the Filipino people to the test by asking them questions about the Pork Barrel Scam issue. If they answer right, they are rewarded with a prize. But if they fail, they are doused with water.

After KMJS, follow Mike Enriquez as he takes a closer look at the Mandaue Double Murder case in Imbestigador.

Two bodies were found in different nearby areas in the town of Mandaue, Cebu. The face of the first victim, Ashiela Antipuesto, was covered with a sack while her body sustained multiple stab wounds and several gunshot wounds. Not far from Antipuesto was the second victim, Jason Toling, who was stabbed in the chest. He was taken to a hospital, but eventually died.

Based on the police investigation, the suspect of the double murder was Flint Toling, the lover of Ashiela and the brother of Jason.

KMJS and Imbestigador air Sundays after Pepito Manaloto: Ang Tunay na Kuwento on GMA 7.
