MANILA, Philippines- Dani Barretto has moved on with the issue involving her and auntie Claudine Barretto.
In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal, Dani admits that she was hurt by the incident, but she is choosing to put it behind her.
Claudine, in an interview on "The Buzz", has said she said she misses her nieces but her sister Marjorie does not allow her to see them again.
After the interview, Dani posted a tweet, which she eventually deleted.
“I did tweet something that day, but I realized that I shouldn’t, so I erased it right away but she [Claudine] saw it...†she explained. “The first time I ever tweeted, she thought that it was for her. I wasn’t attacking her. That’s two different things—attacking somebody and defending somebody. I just defended my mom.â€

But then she adds, “okay na ako. Okay na ako from what has happened from the past few weeks. I said my piece and that's it. It will be last the time na I will talk about the issue. She's my Tita, kahit ano ang mangyari, tita ko pa rin siya.
"Nasaktan ako and all. Nasaktan ang both parties pero marami rin kasing misunderstandings at 'di siya naayos kasi 'di napag-usapan. But like what I said, it's behind me na. Life goes on na."
Dani said she learned a lot from the issue and one of them—which she believes others should learn too—is that “I have to be careful also with what I say and on what I tweet or what I post sa social media. Yun lang kasi, nagkakaroon ka ng bad impression sa ibang tao kahit wala ka namang mini-mean na iba.
“And I guess to stand up when you fall, yun lang. And move on kaagad from it kasi lalo ka lang made-depress, 'di ba?"
The fashion blogger said she would like to focus on her studies, her blogging job, and her family.
