Sarah has parents’ ‘blessings’ to go out with Matteo

MANILA, Philippines- Sarah Geronimo has confirmed that her parents' has allowed her to go out with Matteo Guidicelli.

“Thankful ako do’n sa tao [Matteo] kasi siya lang ‘yong gano’n, e, siya lang ‘yong... basta!” Sarah said smiling during an interview with ABS-CBN's TV Patrol on Friday night.

Recently, people have been seeing photos of Sarah and Matteo in social networking sites, which gave her fans an idea that they are already an item. Sarah, however, continues to decline to confirm that they are already sweethearts.

“Wala naman tayong control sa iisipin ng mga tao, di ba?” she asked back. All she said about their photos together is that “nandito tayo para suportahan siya at makilala rin ang mga kaibigan niya.”

Sarah, meanwhile, said that she would not want to be paired with Matteo in a movie or a teleserye project.

“Ayaw ko kasi na matali kami ng love team. Siyempre personal namin na buhay ‘yon, di ba?” she explained.

All that’s clear for her now is that if she’ll marry a man, what she hopes for is “sana katulad talaga ng daddy ko.”
