Mark Bautista inspired, in love with commercial model

MANILA, Philippines- Mark Bautista said he is inspired by his new found love, whom he has yet to meet in person.

“Siguro inspired ako, parang kahit papaano ngayon may nag-i-inspire sa akin talaga kahit hindi naman kami, kahit wala kaming kahit ano,” Mark said during the presscon for his upcoming dinner-concert titled “Best of Me.”

Mark wouldn't reveal the name of the commercial model, whom he saw in one of the shows of an Iglesia Ni Cristo's television channel.

“Napanood ko lang [siya] sa TV,” he relates. “Nakakatuwa kasi 'yong TV ang channel is INC [Iglesia Ni Cristo], parang sabi ko, 'oh no. Para sa akin ba talaga 'to? Bakit sa kanya ako na-draw?' Hindi ko alam bakit ako nadala sa interview niya. Kasi nang mapanood ko siya that time sa TV parang, bakit gano'n? Iba ang impact niya,”

After seeing the girl from the TV program, Mark said he search in social networking sites so he can get to know a little about her. He finally saw the girl's Instagram account and he immediately requested her if they can be friends.

Weeks past before the girl approved his request.

“Kinabahan ako, inayos ko Instagram ko,” he said. “So ni-like ko halos lahat ng post niya, message ako ng konti pero hindi masyado kasi ayoko naman pilitin."

“So parang sabi ko, 'Lord, kung ito ang ibibigay mo sa akin magkikita kami.' So ayaw ko siya pilitin na hahanapin ko siya,” he added.

Mark said he has invited the girl and her family to his dinner-concert at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Ortigas Center on June 21.

The concert is Mark's first solo dinner concert that he himself produced with PINK Management Productions.

“In-invite ko sila sa concert, para hindi masyadong halata family [ang invited]. Kasi ayoko ng pilit, gusto ko friends, walang something, walang malisya. Pero kung magkikita kami, gagawan ko ng paraan—kung magkikita kami,” he said.

As Mark revealed his love life's status, the actor-singer said he is already thinking of settling down. He, however, said he may still put it on hold because he still wants to do a lot for his career.

He is already 30 years old.
