John Lloyd now a certified Superbod

MANILA, Philippines - Many still have a hangover from the Century Tuna Superbods SuperChallenge 2014, wherein a leaner, better version of John Lloyd Cruz was unveiled. When asked about the transformation on his physique, John Lloyd shared, “With proper diet and exercise, nothing is really impossible. What used to be unimaginable is now a reality.”

After weeks of undergoing a program consisting of exercises designed by Froilan Dioso and a healthy diet by nutritionist Nadine Tengco, John Lloyd wowed the crowd with his “Superbod” last April 26 at the Pearl of the Pacific Resort and Spa Boracay.

Joining him in the event was Anne Curtis who supported John Lloyd’s fitness achievement. Celebrity challengers Boys Night Out also revealed their healthier bodies after following the Century Tuna six-week program of coach Jim Saret and Chef Nadine, along with the final walk of the Top 20 finalists who vied for the Superbods 2014 title. The finalists were Alaiza Malinao, Catherine Almirante, Darlene Anderson, Diane Tan, Grace Murillo, Nicole Marable, Nicole Kaufmann, Paula Marciano, Sara Polverini, Michelle Magno, Antonio de Murga, Evan Spargo, Gerard Go, Julio de Leon, Laurens Tolenaars, Marneil Lim, Mauro Lumba, Miguel Lasala, Rendon Labrador and Joshua Lubrico.

Sara and Mauro were proclaimed Mr. &. Ms. Superbods 2014, with Alaiza and Marneil as first runners-up and second runners-up.
