'Guardians of the Galaxy' not your typical superhero story

MANILA, Philippines- The “Guardians of the Galaxy” is not your typical superhero movie.

Unlike some other hero stories, these five guardians namely Quill (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Rocket (voiced by Bradley Copper), Drax (Dave Bautista), and Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel), were not originally the good guys.

Feared because of their own unique skills—in doing bad-- these five guardians will unite to do good and save the universe. To do that, they have to defeat the powerful and ambitious Ronan (Lee Pace), who would like to take hold of the orb which was stolen by Quill and rule the universe.

“Guardians of the Galaxy” is directed by James Gunn and will be in Philippine cinemas in August 1, 2014.
