Where did they go wrong?

MANILA, Philippines - There were two heart-wrenching confessions last Sunday on Startalk, both concerning break-ups.

First was about Carla Abellana and Geoff Eigenmann. Holding back tears as she appeared “live,” Carla confirmed rumors that she has called it quits with Geoff after going steady for four years. “Mahirap dalhin,” she admitted, “he was hard to handle. We’ve been arguing about so many things; there were just too many differences between us.”

But there was n o third party, insisted Carla despite rumors that Geoff “being sweet” with Kylie Padilla who is currently on an extended vacation in Australia where her mom Liezl Sicangco is based.

Second, Louise delos Reyes and Enzo Pineda (right photo) who admitted in an emotion-less taped interview that it was Louise who initiated the break-up after they’ve gone steady for three years. Did Aljur Abrenica, Kylie’s boyfriend who is Louise leading man in the GMA show Kambal-Sirena, cause the break-up?

It’s such a merry-go-round if not heartbreaking, isn’t it?
