Princess, Duncan perform during Amaia Steps Mandaue grand launch

MANILA, Philippines - ASAP mainstay Princess Velasco and R&B singer Duncan Ramos took part in another milestone recently when Amaia formally launched its first mid-rise residential development in the Queen City of the South.
