Anne Curtis denies confrontation with Sam Concepcion

MANILA, Philippines - “Dyesebel” star Anne Curtis denied she had a drunken confrontation with Sam Concepcion, the rumored boyfriend of her younger sister Jasmine Curtis-Smith.

According to an article published in the entertainment news site Philippine Entertainment Portal on Tuesday, April 1, Anne reportedly shouted at Sam during the birthday party of Vice Ganda at the 71 Gramercy bar lounge in Makati City early Monday morning, March 31.

Citing an unnamed source, the article said that Anne, who was reportedly seen drinking during the party, approached Sam and said, “Why are you here? Who invited you? You are not classy enough to be here!”

She then allegedly told Sam, “Ba't mo niloloko ang kapatid ko?”

The report also said that Vice asked the guests in his party to not talk about the incident.

But Anne immediately denied the report a few hours after the report was published. On her official Instagram account, the Kapamilya actress posted a photo of herself with Sam and other friends taken during Vice's party.

“Of course I spoke to Sam that night and as always, I told him to take care of my baby sister. Like any ate would do,” she said.

Anne further said, “BUT to clarify I DID NOT say any of those words written in the article. Kahit tanungin nyo pa si Sam. Even he doesn't know where those words came from. Basta. Ang mahalaga Sam and I are ok. End of story, no issue here.”

This isn't the first time Anne's name was involved in a confrontation at a night club. Last November, the “Dyesebel” star had a drunken confrontation with Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz at a bar in Taguig City. Right after Philippine Entertainment Portal reported the incident with John Lloyd, Anne took to Twitter to apologize.
