Eric Olivarez, congratulating and commending Angeli Dione Gomez of Cebu City, for winning the 2013-2014 Miss Tourism International in Putrajaya, Malaysia. Angeli bested 59 candidates worldwide. The pageant recognizes the role of women in national building and promoting countries as tourist destinations.
