MANILA, Philippines - In the “season of blooming,†Kapatid Network’s hottest stars trooped to the City of Pines as TV5 spearheaded the closing ceremonies of one of the country’s most popular annual events, Baguio City’s Panagbenga Festival. The affair dubbed as Everyday All the Way sa Panagbenga 2014 was held at the Upper Session Road.
Locals and tourists alike were delighted to see the main cast of TV5’s latest daily primetime offering, Confessions of a Torpe, led by Ogie Alcasid, Alice Dixson, Wendell Ramos and Mark Neumann. The show premiered last March 3.
The audience and the local press were surprised when Alice showed the rocker in her as she performed Roar by Katy Perry while Ogie sang Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang.
The crowd went wild again when the cast of TV5’s upcoming sitcom, One of the Boys, went on stage. TV5 drama princess Eula Caballero and the five half-Pinoy hunks of Juan Direction — Daniel Marsh, Charlie Sutcliffe, Henry Edwards, Michael McDonnell and Brian Wilson — were given a rousing welcome.
Some lucky fans were then chosen from the huge crowd to engage in various games with Mark, Wendell, Eula, Daniel, Charlie, Henry, Michael and Brian.
The show was also graced by Alwyn Uytingco, the star of TV5’s upcoming comedy series Beki Boxer. Alwyn will play the lead role of a gay boxer named Rocky.
Everyday All the Way sa Panagbenga 2014 show truly made everyone’s weekend an event to remember.
