Senate honors Binibinis

MANILA, Philippines - Last year’s grand winners Miss Supranational Johanna Datul, Miss Universe third runner-up Ariella Arida and Miss International Bea Rose Santiago were commended by the Senate for their achievements in the global pageant arena. They were described as ‘the country’s crown jewels’ by Majority Leader Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano who presented the ladies each a copy of the resolution by Senate Pres. Franklin Drilon last Wednesday, Feb. 26.
