Anne not leaving ‘It’s Showtime’; no plans of settling down yet

MANILA, Philippines- Anne Curtis is not leaving "It's Showtime."

The Kapamilya actress clarified that she may be absent at some days, but she won't leave the show.

“No, I'm not leaving Showtime,” she denied in an interview Wednesday, February 5, during the launch of Pinoy Box Office channel. “Of course there will be days na absent ako, pero 'di po ako aalis ng Showtime. We're just doing Monday absences, two to three days, depende kung out of town. Pero hindi ako aalis, every week naman you'll see me in Showtime.”

The rumors started after Anne left for Coron, Palawan in a few days to shoot some scenes for her upcoming teleserye "Dyesebel."

“Coron is a very beautiful place and I'm so happy na do'n pinili para mag-tape ng Dyesebel,” she comments.

When asked if she had a hard time doing her scenes wearing her mermaid tail, " Hindi, parang it came very naturally, naks!" she joked. “Hindi, parang siyempre bata ka pa lang pagkatapos mo manood ng The Little Mermaid, ang utak ng isang bata, gusto nila maging mermaid di ba?

“So kahit nasa swimming pool ka man o nasa beach ka alam ko in one point in your life na-imagine mong nag-swimming ka na parang mermaid. So this time, it' happening for real”

Too early to be married

Valentine's Day is coming and Anne said she will surely find time to celebrate it with her boyfriend Erwan Heussaff.

“Of course we still have time for that,” she said smiling. “With your busy schedule, it's important that you make time for your special someone.”

Anne and Erwan  have been private about their relationship despite being together for a number of years already.

The Kapamilya actress said they were able to last that long because “I think it’s just having respect for each other’s time, each other’s craft and making it work because you want it to work.”

But when asked if they plan to get married anytime soon, Anne was quick to reply “Naku, hindi pa 'yan, matagal pa.

"If you're ready you'll know. For me it could happen tomorrow, next week, next month—if you know it's the right time, you'll know. Nothing will stop it from happening."
