Anna Melissa & Marmalade at Solaire

MANILA, Philippines - Anna Melissa is a sexy singer-composer who is inching her way into the entertainment scene. Together with Marmalade (the female trio of Maryana on sax; Creolee, keyboards; and Rina, percussions), Anna will perform at Solaire’s Grand Ballroom to usher in the Toast for 2014. The New Year’s Eve countdown of Solaire Resort and Casino is headlined by Pops Fernandez and Joey G.      

Anna used to be with the pop-rock band Arko under Rico Blanco. She also sang the theme of the hit Koreanovela Cinderella on GMA 7.

Anna has been a front act of visiting international artists like Stephen Bishop, Michael Johnson, John Ford Coley, etc. She also does hosting jobs, and is a pole and belly dancer who headlines the performance group of Movement Studio.

Marmalade, meanwhile, boasts of a multi-lingual repertoire, rendering songs in Filipino, English, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German and Spanish.

Retro music, starting at 8 p.m., will be provided by Marmalade and Anna Melissa, alternating with the Pure Sounds.
