MANILA, Philippines – Local stars such as Anne Curtis and Derek Ramsay took to social media to weigh in on the vehicular accident that happened in Taguig City before dawn on Monday.
As earlier reported, at least 18 people were killed after a passenger bus bound for Laguna fell from the Skyway and crushed a van on the South Luzon Expressway service road.

“I hope this is a wake up call to the government and MMDA,†Anne said about the accident on her Twitter account.
Praying for all the lives lost on the bus accident this morning and the loved ones they left behind. Such sad news. :(

Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board chairman Winston Ginez said it will issue a one-month suspension against Don Mariano Transit Corp., which owns the unit involved in the accident.
