Vic’s advice to Wally: Apologize first before making comeback

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – Vic Sotto says Wally Bayola should make a public apology before going back to showbiz.

In the December 12 episode of “Kris TV,” Vic admits that he can request the management to have Wally back on the noontime show “Eat Bulaga,” entertainment website Philippine Entertainment Portal reported today, December 13.

It could be recalled that after being involved in a sex video scandal with EB Babe dancer Yosh Rivera, Wally was not seen in the noontime variety show and in his other show “Celebrity Bluff.”

“For me kasi, personally okay lang naman but he has to apologize,” Vic said about Wally going back to the show.

“I think people will understand. Alam mo naman, mapagpatawad ang Filipino,” he added.

Meanwhile, Jose Manalo shared that he was with Wally recently for a show in Olongapo.

He relates that the people warmly welcomed their duo during the show and was even given an award.

“Contract niya kay Ma'am Malou [Choa-Fagar, his manager]. Kailangan umattend siya dun sa concert,” Jose said.

"Binigyan kami ng award tapos bigla si Wally nagsalita na, 'maraming salamat sa muli n'yong pagtanggap sa akin,” Jose recalled.

“So nung sinabi 'yon, sinapo ko na siya, ako na yung nagsalita nang nagsalita sa kanya, humingi ng sorry sa tao na hindi naman kasalanan, tao lang,” he continued.

Jose said they we’re even overwhelmed when the crowd clapped and even shouted how much they love their tandem.

Wally, however, will be taking a break again from doing shows.
