Alice Dixson admits she's dating again

MANILA, Philippines – Actress Alice Dixson admits she is currently dating, less than a year after her separation from her husband of 13 years, Ronnie Miranda.

Talking to Philstar.com and other members of the press recently, Alice described her dating life as “Kakaumpisa pa lang.” The actress refused to divulge who she is dating or if she is dating someone exclusively.

“Hindi pa todo ito, getting my feet wet lang,” she said, adding she’s now ready to enter a new relationship.

“I wouldn’t open my door if I was not ready,” Alice explained. “So, dating-dating lang.”

The “When The Love Is Gone” star, however, stressed that she has no expectations when it comes to her love life.

“Basta nagde-date ako. Yun lang ang importante,” Alice explained. “I’m just enjoying myself—getting-to-know-you stage, getting to know him, them, or whoever.”

She added: “I haven’t felt this in a long time kasi. Basta ang alam ko ang tawag dito, dating. I don’t even know what they call it.”

Aside from starring in Viva Films’ “When The Love Is Gone” with Gabby Concepcion and TV5’s “For Love or Money” with Derek Ramsay, Alice is currently making waves as the cover girl of FHM’ Philippines’ December issue.

If it seems like the 44-year-old actress’ career is leaning towards the sexy and the daring, it’s only because Alice is confident.

“I think I’m just experimenting with my career right now. I’m really confident about myself, about my body,” she explained.

Alice further said: “I don’t feel like I should be—in any shape, way, or form—conservative.”

“It’s the confidence I have with myself right now, even if I’m in my forties.”
