Heart sympathises with Anne; says it’s not the right time to wed

MANILA, Philippines- HHeart Evangelista sympathizes with Anne Curtis, who was involved in a slapping incident in a luxury club in Taguig City. 

Heart, who is also a VIVA talent like Anne, says in an interview Thursday night, December 5, that she “really feels bad” for the Kapamilya actress after the bar incident the latter got involved in last November.

“No one’s perfect,” she comments. “I had a share of my moments but iba-iba lang tayo ng moments. This is showbiz, this is life, and it’s not a perfect world. In fact we’re open to imperfections pa because we’re scrutinized under a microscope all the time. So she said sorry, she’ll get through it.”

Meanwhile, Heart is the 2014 Tanduay Calendar Girl, which she says is another “bonus” for her fans after her sexy cover for Esquire magazine.

The Kapuso actress said that doing this project is “liberating” for her and something that came at the “right moment”.

“It is liberating to get out of your comfort zone, liberating to decide on your own, and panindigan mo 'yun and be happy on what you decided on” she explained.

She also related that it took her a while to decide to do the project and that she was scared to grab the opportunity, but she added that  â€œthere comes a time in your life when you just have to do it, to feel good about yourself."

Of course since her boyfriend Chiz Escudero is a  senator, many wondered what the politician's reaction was to these sexy photos. Heart told the press that her beau is very happy and supportive about the pictorial.

“He just said that as long as I’m comfortable doing it,” she related about Chiz’ reaction. “It was also, sabi niya, a good outlet for me, exercising saying no or saying yes, panindigan mo. Kasi ako yung tipo ng tao na hindi marunong huminde.”

But doing sexy pictorials doesn’t mean more sexy roles for Heart. She’s willing to do “mature” roles such as the one in her upcoming film “The Trophy Wife,” but won’t go for a sexy image.

Since things seem to be going great between her and Senator Chiz, the press asked her if they might be already planning to wed. 

“Hindi pa,” she said about having wedding plans. “I need to do what I always wanted to do and now is not the time to get married. But okay lang sa akin [if I get married]. I’m 28, I’m open to anything.”
