Roach expects Pacman to KO Rios

MANILA, Philippines - In an exclusive interview with Solar Sports, longtime Manny Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach revealed that he expects Pacman to knock out his upcoming opponent in no more than six rounds.

“I think Rios will last until the sixth round. I’m very confident we’ll knock him out,” stated Roach.

After dropping his past two matchups, Pacquiao (54-5-2; 38KO’s) will aim to stay at the pinnacle of boxing by trying to take down Rios (31-1-1; 23KO’s), who he will face on Nov. 24, Sunday (via satellite on Solar Sports), at The Venetian Macao Resort and Hotel in Macau.

Even if many people expect Manny to fall because of his past two losses, the contest, according to Roach, will end in a knockout in favor of the People’s Champ.

“The KO loss did not affect him at all. He knows it is part of our world. He’s very mature about it,” said the legendary trainer.
